MSE Supplies offers a Benchtop Dip Coater, which is often used to coat high quality films. Dip coating process usually includes four main steps: immersion, dwelling, withdrawal, and drying. The dip coating thickness can be controlled by adjusting the speed of substrate withdrawal from the solution (like slurry). The dip coater's high precision stages is also used for our MSE PRO Benchtop Spin Coater. It is widely used for thin film electronics, sol-gel coating, protein coating, and many other applications.
