MSE PRO™ Micrometer Adjustable Film Applicator for Battery Slurry Coating, Tape Casting (Width Options 50, 100, 150, 200, 300 mm)
With width options of 50, 100, 150, 200, 300 mm, these micrometer adjustable film applicators are designed for uniform slurry coating for battery research. Coating thickness can be controlled by the knife blade clearance adjusted by micrometer heads. The micrometer head controllable accuracy is 10 um. The blade is made of stainless steel. It is a perfect tool for battery slurry coating on Al and Cu foils. It also can be used for other wet film coating.
*Clean the tool after each use to prevent contamination and corrosion.
Optional upgrade: Digital Micrometer Head 0.003 mm Accuracy (+$450)
