MSE Supplies launched a glove box compatible high-speed spin coater (BR0233), which is designed for precise and uniform deposition of oxygen and moisture sensitive thin films. It can be heated up to 200℃, which enables fast drying and deposition of temperature sensitive thin film. The spin coater can be placed in glovebox and controlled outside of glovebox through wireless connection. Its rugged, vibration-free and portable design makes it a versatile tool for any high-quality research facility. It is widely used by our customer to deposit metal oxide thin films, polymer coatings and metal organic thin films.
Three standard vacuum chucks (1", 2" and 4") and a pump are complimentary offered by MSE Supplies. Please contact us if you need other sized vacuum chucks.
This machine is equipped with maximum support for 8 inches, maximum speed of 12,000, touch screen with program control, PTFE inner cavity, integrated heating and temperature control function, remote control function.
