MSE Supplies offers Synchronous Thermal Analyzers. Simultaneous Thermal Analysis (STA) combines Thermogravimetry (TGA) and Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) in a single instrument, enabling the simultaneous measurement of mass changes and thermal effects in a sample during heating, cooling, or isothermal conditions.

This technique allows for the study of thermal stability, composition, and heat-related changes of materials, providing insights into mass variations with temperature or time. STA is widely utilized in research and development, process optimization, and quality control across various industries, including plastics, rubber, coatings, pharmaceuticals, catalysts, inorganic materials, metals, and composites

High-Temperature Stability: The furnace body utilizes a double-row winding of precious metal nickel-chromium alloy wire, reducing interference and ensuring excellent high-temperature resistance.

Controller and software

High-Performance Processing: Equipped with an imported ARM processor for faster sampling and processing speeds.
Multi-Channel Data Collection: Features a four-channel AD system for simultaneous collection of TG signals and temperature (T) signals.
Precision Heating Control: Utilizes a PID algorithm for precise temperature control, supporting multi-stage heating and constant temperature operations.
Remote Operation: Enables USB two-way communication between the software and instrument, allowing full remote control. Instrument parameter settings, as well as start/stop operations, can be managed via computer software.
Enhanced User Interface: Includes a 7-inch full-color 24-bit touch screen, providing an intuitive and improved user experience. TG calibration can be performed directly on the touch screen.
