The KERN Universal Port (KUP) enables the exchange of data and control commands between balances and the network or PC, mobile end unit, printer, etc. using several interfaces: RS 232, USB device, Ethernet, Bluetooth and WLAN. In this way we ensure the perfect integration of your KERN balance into production or processing chains, which gives the benefit of a simple, consistent workflow
In accordance with the "Plug and Play“ principle, the KUP for RS 232 or USB, Ethernet, Bluetooth or WLAN will only be inserted into the DB 15 socket which is integrated into the device. It is therefore possible to retrofit or replace interfaces conveniently without having to open the balance casing and no complicated installation. This option therefore offers a high level of flexibility at low additional cost
