MSE Supplies offers a fully automatic mechanical sealing machine to realize the automatic sealing of cylindrical cell batteries after electrolyte filling. The machine utilizes connected line to convey the battery cases. The battery sealing is realized by the intermittent feeding by a material distribution device. At the same time, the height of the batteries is controlled and adjusted by the precise pneumatic pressurization system to ensure the consistency of the height of the batteries after sealing. In order to ensure the production efficiency, the equipment adopts single-station working mode. And the mechanical driving power mechanism is used to control the driving stamping during sealing. The sealing die takes a four column integral die with specific and high-precision ball guide column.
The machine can be customized for 18650, 21700, 26650, 32650 cylindrical cell with different dies. Other customized options such as sealing parameters and voltage supply are also available upon request.
