MSE PRO™ 96-Well Real Time PCR Machine

The MSE PRO™ high quality Real Time PCR thermal cycler (also known as a thermocycler, PCR machine or RNA/DNA amplifier) is a laboratory apparatus most commonly used to amplify segments of RNA/DNA via polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Real time PCR can either be reported qualitatively, for absence or presence, or quantitatively, which is commonly referred to as qPCR. If the starting material is RNA, the process is referred to as Reverse Transcriptase Real Time qPCR. The 96-well real time PCR system provides an ideal combination of temperature homogeneity and data reproducibility.
