It is significantly better than the traditional primary antibody diluent based on BSA, skimmed milk powder, etc. which can be used for the dilution of Western blotting primary antibody. Western Antibody Dilution Buffer（Block Quickly）can effectively save antibody. The antibody diluted and prepared by this product can be stored and used at 4°C for no less than 6 months, and can be repeatedly used in Western Blotting, which is beneficial to saving the antibodies. Western Antibody Dilution Buffer（Block Quickly）was incubated with a very low background. This diluent contains no serum or albumin, ensuring an extremely high signal-to-noise ratio,at the same time, it can shorten the closure time to 0.5-1h. This product is easy to use, which does not need to add any additional reagent, and can be directly used for the dilution of antibodies. |
