| Product Introduction | Compared with nitrocellulose membranes, hydrophobic polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membranes have many advantages, for example, good mechanical strength, strong protein retention, low background, extensive solvent compatibility, and excellent coloring ability. The PVDF membrane with a pore size of 0.22 μm can be used for most western blots and is recommended for proteins with a molecular weight less than 20 kDa. |

Notes
1. This kit is for research use only.
2. Please wear gloves to prevent contamination of the PVDF membrane.
3. During the western blot experiment, activate the PVDF membrane by soaking in methanol for 1 min in advance.
4. Do not dry the PVDF membrane during the experiment.
