| Product Introduction | PBST buffer is a phosphate buffer containing Tween-20, which provides a relatively stable ionic environment and pH buffering capacity and is the most commonly used buffer for biochemistry. It is mainly used in immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and other experiments, cleaning immunoblotting membrane, etc. |

Notes
1. PBST may precipitate when stored at low temperature. If PBST precipitates, please dissolve PBST in water bath at 37°C, and then dilute it to 1× working buffer.
