    Applications 

    Praseodymium Chloride (PrCl3 ) is a blue-green rare earth salt. It is used to make other Praseodymium compounds. Other applications include as a pigment in glass and ceramic, to increase the activity of Pr6O11 catalysts, which can be used for the oxidation of methane.
