MSE PRO™ Optical Grating Length Measurement System
MSE PRO™ Optical Grating Length Measurement Machine utilizes an ultra-high-precision optical grating measurement system, ultra-precision ground linear guideways, high-precision temperature compensation system, bidirectional high-precision constant-force system (patented), and a high-performance computer control system. This enables highly accurate measurement of various length parameters. The ultra-precision ground linear guideways ensure high stability and straightness during measurement travel. The ultra-high-precision optical grating system records the length coordinates during contact measurement. The computer synthesizes this data with feedback from the force sensor, temperature sensors, and Abbe error correction data. Due to the high guideway stability and ultra-high straightness, the instrument's uncertainty caused by Abbe error correction is minimal, achieving ultra-high measurement accuracy. The system analyzes and calculates the relevant length parameters based on the definitions and formulas associated with the measured.
