Applications:

A freeze dryer can directly sublimate a substance from its solid state to a gaseous state at the "triple point," allowing it to be removed by vacuum. Water vapor condenses in the condenser while the sample achieves the goal of dehydration and drying, thereby enabling long-term preservation of biologically active substances at room temperature. This type of freeze dryer is specifically designed to handle substances with complex temperature ramp requirements (especially pharmaceuticals, microbial products, precious herbal materials, etc.), suitable for small-scale experimentation, pilot-scale, and small-scale production.

This freeze dryer can be used to produce graphene-based materials, such as graphene oxide (GO) and reduced graphene oxide (rGO), with controlled morphology and structure. It helps preserve the unique properties of graphene during the drying process.
