MSE Supplies offers a Glow Discharger that is ideal for lab TEM/SEM sample preparation. It is using a high-quality constant power RF radio frequency power source, which ensures process repeatability. The induction RF discharge mode also significantly reduces the thermal impact on samples and damage from ion bombardment. It is particularly suitable for cleaning, surface activation, hydrophilization, and other purposes for TEM or SEM biological samples or wafer samples sensitive to temperature or bombardment. The touchscreen enables automatic control, making it a plug-and-play solution.

Vacuum pump is not included. You can order Vacuum pump with additional cost.
