DyScO3 substrate is a twin-free perovskite crystal with a high melting point. They are mainly used for high-temperature superconductors (YBCO) and magnetic Epitaxial films growth, because DyScO3 and YBCO have small lattice mismatch, and no structural phase change at the crystal interface.
