Position: Laboratory Products Sales Director
- Direct company-wide sales strategy, tatics, goals, and sales management
- Oversee multiple sales engineers and provide coaching to the team to drive sales growth to meet company’s business goals
- Create product marketing collaterals to drive demand of products
- Handle inbound customer phone calls and emails, addressing product and technical questions
- Coordinate with other departments and vendors to discuss customer requirements and RFQs
- Evaluate if client requests can be fulfilled and guide them towards suitable products
- Provide customer support, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries
- Utilize MS Office, CRM, ERP, and Shopify to manage business process and sales metrics
- Successful sales management and leadership experience of selling technical products in a B2B setting
- A degree in Science or Engineer is preferred.
- At least 5 years of work experience in the industry, preferably in Technical Sales, Product Marketing, or Business Development
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a technical sales related role
- Experience in selling lab equipment and lab supplies is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
