The dip coating thickness can be controlled by adjusting the speed of substrate withdrawal from the solution (like slurry). The dip coater's high precision stages is also used for our MSE PRO Benchtop Spin Coater. It is widely used for thin film electronics, sol-gel coating, protein coating, and many other applications.
