MSE Supplies offers a roll to roll continuous coater for battery research. This coater includes reeling in & out, slurry feeder, coating blade, baking oven, and electrode rewinding. It can accommodate the substrate up to 320mm wide with 300mm maximum coating thickness. We can customize the coater based on your need, such as the coating method, maximum coating width/thickness, coating speed and drying temperature. This coater can be used for lab battery research and pilot line production.
