The MSE PRO™ 1500 ℃ Single-Zone Open Type Tube Furnace utilizes silicon carbide rods as heating elements, delivering a rated temperature of 1400 °C and a maximum temperature of 1500 °C. It features a digital temperature controller paired with an S-type thermocouple, supporting up to 30 programmable segments with a control accuracy of ±1 °C. Equipped with 316L stainless steel quick-release flanges using dual-ring sealing technology, this furnace is ideal for a wide range of experimental applications—including CVD processes, phosphor synthesis, sintering, and substrate coating—under vacuum or atmospheric conditions.
