MSE PRO™ Automatic Film Coater for Battery Electrode Coating

MSE Supplies offers a benchtop automatic film coater with an aluminum vacuum chuck and adjustable doctor blade for battery electrode coating. The equipment is designed to produce films with consistent thickness by using micrometer adjustable applicators or fixed thickness applicators. This benchtop automatic film coater has a unique drive system to ensure smooth coatings on all types of substrates. The flat vacuum chuck and pump are built-in to hold the thin or soft substrate sheet firmly. Micrometer adjustable film applicator is included for immediate use. The touch screen operation is easy to use. The film coating machine is mainly used for lithium battery electrode coating.

This film coater doesn't have heating capability. Heating cover is available for additional cost upon request.
