MSE Supplies offers a three-roll transfer coating machine for battery research. It can accommodate the substrate up to 330mm wide with 260mm maximum coating width. We can customize the coater based on your need, such as the coating method, maximum coating width/thickness, coating speed and drying temperature. This coater can be used for lab battery research and pilot line production of  lithium iron phosphate, lithium cobalt oxide, lithium manganese oxide, graphite and silicon carbon system battery positive and negative electrode coating process.
