Functions
Competitive and selective leukotriene receptor antagonist. Also inhibits calcium ionophore induced production of leukotriene B4 and leukotriene C4, which suggests a potential 5-LO inhibitory activity. Cell permeable and orally active.
Application Procedures
First dissolved in DMSO (up to 10 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
