Tribioscience Tribo™ 2x Sybr qPCR Super Mix (TBS4001)

Tribo^TM 2x Fast Sybr Green qPCR Master Mix with different ROX level and package size provides a convenient choice suitable for different qPCR instruments. It is a 2x concentrated premix containing Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, Mg²⁺, SYBR Green I dye (detection), ROX reference dye and PCR buffer components. The proprietary chemical modifications of the enzyme make PCR hot start activation much faster (less than 1 min) than standard qPCR. It does not need 10 min activation in the standard real-time qPCR amplification, which confers a significant reduction in non-specific PCR amplification (please see the diagram in the data sheet). As the enzyme buffer system is optimized for real time PCR, the product offers high amplification efficiency and high detection sensitivity in real-time PCR.
