DAG Lipase inhibitor
Functions
Inhibits DAG Lipase activity in a variety of cell types and tissues, including canine platelets, bovine adrenal chromaffin cells, human adrenal glomerulosa cells, rat thyroid lobes and pancreatic minilobules. IC50 in canine platelets is 4 µM.
Application Procedures
First dissolved in DMSO (up to 25 mg/ml) or in Ethanol (up to 25 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO or ethanol may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
