p53/mdm2 inhibitor

Functions

MDM2 antagonist; inhibits the MDM2-p53 interaction (IC50 = 0.09 μM) and activates p53.  Displays antiproliferative activity and induces apoptosis in a variety of tumor cells.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 50 mg/ml), or in Ethanol (up to 50 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO or ethanol may be stored at -20°C for up to 1 month.
