PKA activator

Functions

Cell-permeable cAMP analog which mimics the effect of endogenous cAMP when applied to cells. Activates PKA. Induces morphological differentiation of astrocytes. Promotes differentiation of dopaminergic neurons from hPSCs (in cocktails with other agents).

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (50 mg/ml); water (50 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 1 month.
