c-MET and ALK inhibitor

Functions

A potent and selective inhibitor of c-MET and ALK, IC50s=8 and 20 nM respectively. Inhibition of cell proliferation was associated with G1-S phase cell cycle arrest and induction of apoptosis in ALK-positive ALCL cells (IC50=30 nM) but not in ALK-negative lymphoma cells. Exhibits cytoreductive antitumor efficacy via antiproliferative and antiangiogenic mechanisms. Clinically useful anticancer agent.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 25 mg/ml with warming) or in Ethanol (up to 25 mg/ml with warming), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO or ethanol may be stored at -20°C for up to 2 months.
