Description: CD19 is a 95 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein of the immunoglobulin superfamily, specifically expressed on B cells. It serves as a key cell surface antigen for B cell identification and is present throughout B cell development, from early stages in the bone marrow to mature B cells in peripheral blood.
