Running Tweezers for Small-sized Glass/Wafer Cutting
Introduction
Running tweezers can easily break the small substrates and Si wafers. When using it, hold the upper part of the running tweezers.
Just by pinching the substrate scribed by UlTILE mechanical scriber GC1024,
you can easily break micro-sized substrates less than 10 mm with this tweezer while it is difficult to cut with your fingers. Furthermore, the substrate is held by the running tweezers even after it is cut, so you can easily tell the top and bottom sides of the substrate.
This is an optional accessory for our ULTILE Precision Wafer and Glass Cutting Tools.
