Introduction

The Type D Pouch Cell Clamp is designed for reliable testing of polymer pouch cells using the Neware CT-4008T series battery testers. It supports charge/discharge cycling, formation, and capacity evaluation with stable electrical performance and secure mechanical clamping.

Strong & Secure Clamping

After clamping force testing, the clip can lift a 2 kg weight without slipping, ensuring firm contact with electrode tabs and preventing movement during testing.

The clamp can be used with C-type rails. Customizable rails are available to accommodate different electrode spacing requirements. The fixed rack platform simplifies battery arrangement for efficient and organized testing setups.
