MSE Supplies offers aliphatic waterborne self-matting polyurethane resin designed for two-component water-based coatings such as full matte skin-feel topcoats for plastics, rubber paints, and elastic coatings. When used in combination with waterborne isocyanate curing agents, it provides excellent durability, scratch resistance, and a superior tactile feel. WPU-2975 contains no added alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEO) and is free from formaldehyde and formaldehyde releasing agents.
- Exceptional tactile feel (rubber-like and thick feel) with high transparency.
- Extremely low gloss, with a 60° gloss value of 0° on black card.
- Good adhesion, making it suitable for plastic and rubber paints.
- Excellent water resistance and chemical resistance.
- Good compatibility with conventional emulsions.
