Introduction
MSE PRO Matte Leather Anti-Graffiti Nano Protective Coating is g specially developed for high-end natural leather and synthetic leather surfaces requiring an elegant low-gloss finish, superior stain resistance, and long-lasting protection.
Utilizing advanced Sol-Gel nanotechnology, the coating combines modified silane nano-polymers, nano silica sol, and flexible polyurethane technology to create an ultra-thin nano-scale protective layer that chemically bonds with leather fibers rather than forming a conventional surface film.
Unlike traditional glossy leather coatings, the coating delivers a refined matte appearance that reduces unwanted surface reflection while preserving the original leather grain, softness, and natural tactile feel. The cured coating provides outstanding hydrophobicity, oleophobicity, anti-graffiti performance, abrasion resistance, and UV durability without affecting the breathability or flexibility of the leather.

Application Method
1. Surface Preparation
- Ensure leather surface is clean and dry
- Remove:

- Wax
- Oil
- Silicone residue
- Leather conditioners
- Other contaminants
2. Recommended Application Conditions
- Temperature: 15–35°C
- Relative Humidity: 30–70%
3. Application
- Apply a small amount of resin onto a microfiber cloth
- Spread evenly using circular or cross-hatch motions
- Apply 2–3 thin coats continuously
- HVLP spray application available for industrial production
4. Curing
- Tack-free time: 3–4 hours
- Full cure: 24 hours
- Avoid water and heavy abrasion during curing
5. Storage
- Store in original sealed container
- Storage temperature: -3°C to +30°C
- Protect from moisture
- Keep container tightly closed after use
