MSE PRO™ Cubic Boron Nitride (CBN) Superabrasive Micropowder
Cubic Boron Nitride (CBN) is second only to diamond in hardness, two times that of diamond in high temperature resistance, four times that of traditional abrasive in wear resistance, and have extraordinary thermal conductivity. It is designed for fine grinding and polishing in a variety of demanding surface finishing, such as metal bond grinding wheels, resin bond grinding wheels, vitrified bond wheels and electroplated products. It also can be used for aerospace super alloys, thermal spraying to the hardened steel and producing PCBN (polycrystalline cubic boron nitride) cutting tools.
