Covers for high purity alumina (Al2O3) crucibles, which have high melting point, high hardness and good chemical stability. High form alumina crucibles and cylindrical alumina crucibles are widely used for chemical calcination, metal casting and ceramic sample preparation. 

These crucible covers can be used to avoid split of liquid chemicals or create a low oxygen environment during calcination. 

Purity: >99%

Maximum use temperature: 1600 °C

Cover dimensions can be customized upon request.
