MSE Supplies provides automatic electrode winding machine for cylindrical cells. This machine is mainly used for winding cylindrical lithium ion battery cells. 

The working process is as follows: the electrodes (positive and negative) and the separator are untangled through the device for tension control, dust removal and position correction. Then the separator will be introduced into the winding part and the winding process will start according to the input order. After the process, the battery case will be automatically unloaded after short circuit and defective productive examination. the good product is delivered to the collection table to realize the fully automatic winding process.
