Operation procedure for battery testing
1. Battery Electrolyte Injection
Inject electrolyte according to the recommended dosage in the table; complete the operation in a glove box
2. Battery Aging
Aging temperature: 45°C; duration ≥15 hours; aging completed in a drying oven.
3. Battery Formation
- battery test cabinet:
- Lithium battery: 25°C, rest for 5 min → charge at 0.02C for 5 h → charge at 0.1C for 3 h; one cycle.
- Horizontal Thermal Pressing Formation Machine:
- 45°C, pressure 4 kg/cm²
- Charge at 0.02C for 5 h → charge at 0.1C for 3 h
- One cycle completed
4. Battery Aging (Secondary)
Aging temperature: 45°C; duration ≥24 hours.
5. Battery Capacity Division
Set the corresponding material cutoff voltage and cycle twice with a current level of 0.1C or 0.2C.
6. Battery Testing
Set the magnification or repeat the process step to test the battery.
