Tungsten Carbide jar cleaning process
- Soaking: Soak the surface-stained hard alloy products in a solution of tartaric acid diluted with water or vinegar according to the proportion.
- Cleaning: The soaking duration is determined based on the size of the stains and the level of difficulty in removal, generally not exceeding 2 hours.
- Rinsing: After cleaning with the solvent, rinse with clean water to thoroughly remove any residue.
- Wiping: Use a dry cloth or absorbent paper to wipe off any remaining water stains on the surface.
- Drying: If available, use a drying machine or a hairdryer with hot air to quickly dry the products.
