MSE PRO™ Hastelloy Universal Quick-Open Magnetic Stirring Reactor integrates magnetic stirring, high-temperature heating, and intelligent control into a single system, with a designed temperature of 300°C and a pressure of 20.7 MPa. The reactor is precision-machined as a single unit and features a multi-layered safety protection system, including Fitok inlet and outlet valves, a safety valve, and a custom rupture valve. Additionally, it is equipped with over-temperature power cutoff and over-pressure alarm functions, ensuring safe operation under extreme conditions.

Hastelloy offers superior corrosion resistance, high-temperature stability, and mechanical strength compared to 316L stainless steel, making it ideal for highly acidic, chloride-rich, and extreme environments. It resists pitting, oxidation, and stress corrosion cracking, ensuring durability in high-pressure reactors. Hastelloy excels in aggressive chemical processes like strong acid reactions and electrochemical applications.
