The S 25 KD - LR - 30 F dispersing tool was specially developed to use with the 5-liter laboratory reactor LR-5.ST. The F tool results in extremely fine emulsions, as low as 1 micron, but requires relatively low viscosities in order to achieve such fine emulsions. It is slightly longer than the standard dispersing tools, allowing for a deeper tool immersion within the reactors and the processing of even lower minimum sample volumes. In addition, this tool can be used in conjunction with vacuum conditions of up to 100 mbar.

Tool disassembly for cleaning and maintenance is made simpler with this new design.
