LabExact® Easy-to-use sterile and disposable In-Line Filters contain a hydrophobic PTFE membrane.  Ideal for confining and isolating infectious and hazardous material in vacuum systems and venting applications.
In-line filters are pre-sterilized using gamma irradiation and individually sealed in a 6 mil easy to open pouch equipped with a starter tear notch.  Ultrasonically welded and overmolded polypropylene housing for superior leak-free performance.  Stepped barb ports from 1/4” to 3/8” with reinforced port base for strength.  Molded indication of flow “IN” port.
Use to protect vacuum systems and pumps from aerosol corrosion and work areas from pathogen contamination and hazardous vacuum pump exhaust or venting.  Suitable for sterile gas introduction to bioreactors and culture vessels and venting of bioreactors, fermentation tanks and carboys.  Use for filtering aggressive solvents in volumes beyond syringe filter capacity.  Ideal for the filtration of nonpolar liquids and gases
