Background
Desmin, one of the intermediate fibroins, it is expressed in smooth muscle cells, cardiomyocytes, skeletal muscle cells, myoepithelial cells and their tumors. It is mainly used in the judging and differential judging of uterus, skin, gastrointestinal tract and other rhabdomyosarcomas and myoepitheliomas. High temperature repair can enhance the staining color.
