Introduction

The Buck Scientific Vision 3041 Visible Spectrophotometer is a laboratory spectrophotometer designed for convenient stand-alone operation with a large 7-inch color touchscreen. The instrument allows users to view results, curves, and analysis directly on the screen without requiring an external computer. With a 190–1100 nm wavelength range, 1200 line/mm grating, and 1.8 nm bandwidth, the Vision 3041 is suitable for routine photometric analysis, wavelength scans, standard curves, kinetics, multi-wavelength testing, and biomolecular applications such as DNA/RNA and protein analysis.
