The Buck Scientific Alchemist 1600 Microwave Digestion System is designed for simple, efficient, and reliable microwave sample digestion. Built on over 20 years of refinement, the system features a 7-inch color touchscreen, variable 0–1000 W microwave power, tool-less finger-tight vessels, and advanced safety controls for routine laboratory digestion workflows.
The Alchemist 1600 can operate with 1–16 vessels and automatically counts the vessels at the beginning of each run to adjust power accordingly. Its onboard computer can store and edit up to 255 user preset methods, with parameters for time, temperature, pressure, and microwave power.
