The Buck Scientific Alchemist 1200 Microwave Preparation System is designed for efficient and reliable sample digestion before ICP-OES, ICP-MS, AA, and elemental analysis. It is suitable for environmental, food, pharmaceutical, geological, and industrial samples.
The system uses advanced vertical microwave distribution to provide uniform heating across all vessels. Real-time temperature and pressure monitoring helps ensure better process control and consistent digestion results. Its contactless pressure monitoring technology eliminates the need for burst disks, helping reduce consumable costs and simplify routine operation.
The digestion vessels are made from high-purity imported TFM, while the outer protective vessels are made from PEEK reinforced with glass fiber, providing excellent resistance to high temperature, high pressure, acids, alkalis, and organic reagents. The system also features a user-friendly touchscreen interface with pre-installed methods and custom program storage.
