Nanoparticle Tracking Analyzer (NTA) Analytical Service

Overview

Nanoparticle Tracking Analyzer (NTA) provides information such as average particle size, median particle size, particle concentration, and Brownian motion trajectories. It is equipped with a fluorescence module to monitor fluorescently labeled particles, eliminating background interference. It is suitable for analyzing a variety of samples, including exosomes, macromolecular aggregates, biological microparticles, microbubbles, nanoparticles, and liposomes. The detection accuracy surpasses that of conventional dynamic light scattering instruments.

1. Liquid Sample Volume: Typically, 5 mL is required, with a minimum of 2 mL.

2. Standard Testing for Particle Size and Concentration Distribution: Suitable for general samples such as exosomes, liposomes, nanoparticles, and bubbles. Results include a PDF report and an Excel data file (Experiment Summary).

3. Motion Video Recording (Optional): Suitable for samples requiring motion state analysis, such as micro/nanomotors. In addition to the files mentioned above, results also include scatter plots, motion position, and complete trajectory data files.
