Clear blot P+ membranes have high protein and lipid binding and low background, resulting in good signal-to-noise ratios and high detection sensitivity. The small pore size of 0.22 μm makes it ideal for blotting low molecular weight proteins and high-speed blotting. In addition, due to its low background effect, it is also suitable for quantitative analysis of chromogenic and luminescent bands.
