Applications

PDGFRK inhibitor; Oxidative phosphorylation Inhibitor

Functions

Inhibits PDGF receptor tyrosine kinase (IC50 = 1.2 μM) and is a potent (10 nM) inhibitor of oxidative phosphorylation. Inhibits cell growth by disrupting mitochondria. Perturbs the golgi complex and blocks proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 25 mg/ml) or in Ethanol (up to 20 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO or ethanol may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
