Tribo™ dNTP Mix is an ultrapure water solution of all four dNTPs (dATP, dCTP, dGTP, and dTTP) at equal concentrations of 2.5 mM. This ready-to-use solution can be employed in different applications where dNTPs are necessary for synthesis of new DNA strands (i.e. DNA amplification, sequencing, primer extension, multiplex PCR, RT-PCR, etc.) and TdT tailing reactions.
Concentration and Purity:
10 mM dNTP solution contains of 2.5 mM of each dNTP ((dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP). The purity is ≥99% trisphosphate by HPLC.
Storage conditions:
The dNTP Mix is guaranteed for 12 months at -20°C. Always avoid freeze-thaw cycles or exposure to frequent temperature changes. For long-term storage, aliquot is recommended with storage at -80°C.
