MSE PRO Sulfonated Composite Separator (bisulfonated) (165mm x 10m x 0.16mm) Film for Zn Ion Battery
Introduction
The MSE PRO Sulfonated Composite Separator is a specially engineered separator film designed for zinc-ion battery research and development. It consists of a PP membrane combined with non-woven fabric that has undergone bisulfonation treatment to enhance hydrophilicity and electrochemical performance.
The sulfonated surface improves electrolyte uptake and ionic conductivity, resulting in lower internal resistance, higher charge retention, and stable cycling behavior. This separator also helps regulate zinc deposition and suppress dendrite formation, supporting safer operation under high current density conditions.
