MSE PRO Room Temperature Curing Polysilazane Resin, 20 kg/Barrel

Introduction

MSE PRO Room Temperature Curing Polysilazane Resin is a low-viscosity liquid polysilazane resin featuring a silicon-nitrogen (Si–N) backbone, specially engineered for both ambient and heat-curing coating applications. Its Si–N–Si structural linkages enable self-curing at room temperature through hydrolysis and oxidation, forming a robust three-dimensional crosslinked network that imparts excellent mechanical strength.

Thanks to its low viscosity and excellent adhesion, Polysilazane Resin can be easily applied to a wide variety of substrates—including metals, metal alloys, glass, coated surfaces, and plastics such as PP, PC, PVC, and PMMA. Using methods such as wiping, dipping, spraying, or brushing.

Key Features

  • Low viscosity, high hardness
  • Excellent hydrophobicity
  • High heat resistance, Non-flammable after curing
  • Anti-oxidation and corrosion resistance
  • Anti-graffiti surface
  • Strong adhesion to metal and ceramic substrates
  • Multiple curing methods

Standard Application Process
Surface Cleaning → Drying → Spraying → Curing

Instructions for Use
1. When spraying, use argon or high-purity nitrogen instead of air to prevent premature curingand haze formation.

2. Compatible with non-protonic organic solvents (alkanes, aromatics, ethers, ketones, esters).

3. Contains physically and chemically bound amines—handle with proper protection.

4. Reacts violently with water, alcohols, acids, and bases.

5. Clean tools immediately with acetone or turpentine; cured materials cannot be removed with solvent—use 10% NaOH for soaking if needed.

Safety Precautions

  • Always follow the product’s Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
  • Wear solvent-resistant gloves (e.g., butyl rubber), safety goggles, and appropriate A2 B2 E2K2Hg/P3 respirators.
  • Keep out of reach of children
  • Store in a cool, dry, ventilated area below 30°C.
  • Do not mix waste with protonic substances (e.g., water, alcohols). Dispose of waste at authorized facilities.

Packaging & Storage
